S3 Storage Integration Setup

Configure S3-compatible storage for automatic media file backup and delivery. This includes AWS S3, MinIO, DigitalOcean Spaces, and other S3-compatible services.

Setup Instructions
Supported S3 Providers
• AWS S3: Leave endpoint empty, use your region
• MinIO: Enter your domain + enable "Force Path Style"
• DigitalOcean Spaces: Use regional endpoint
• Other S3-compatible: Check provider documentation
Required Credentials
• Access Key ID: Your S3 access key identifier
• Secret Access Key: Your S3 secret key (keep secure)
• Bucket Name: Must exist and be accessible
• Region: Required for AWS S3, optional for others
Security & Performance
• Files are organized by user/date/type automatically
• Public URLs generated for direct media access
• Configurable retention for automatic cleanup
• Test connection before saving configuration

Basic Configuration

Server Configuration
AWS S3: Leave empty for default. MinIO: Enter your domain (protocol optional, e.g., s3.flouds.com.br)
Required for AWS S3. Optional for MinIO and other providers.
Advanced Options
Custom public URL for accessing files (if different from endpoint). Useful for CDN configurations.
How media should be delivered in webhook events.
Number of days to retain files in S3 before automatic deletion.
Enable for MinIO and some S3-compatible providers. Disable for AWS S3.

Automatic Call Rejection

Automatically reject incoming calls and send a customizable message to the caller.

When enabled, all incoming calls will be automatically rejected and a message will be sent.
This message will be automatically sent to the caller after the call is rejected.
How it works
When someone calls you, the call will be automatically rejected
A text message with your custom message will be sent immediately
The caller will receive your message explaining why you can't answer
⚠️ Important Note

Make sure your message is polite and provides clear instructions to the caller (e.g., "Please send a text message instead").
